Maybe it helped for a while, then came back. Maybe you did every exercise and nothing changed. Maybe you never felt like anyone looked closely at you. Whatever happened, being skeptical makes sense. Here’s an honest look at why another round with me might be different, and why it might not.
None of these are anyone’s fault. They’re simply common:
I can’t promise I’ll fix something others couldn’t. Some problems need a medical workup, imaging, an injection or surgery, and I’ll tell you if I think yours does. What I can promise is a careful, unhurried look and an honest opinion.
It’s often worth it if:
“I came to Wendy Lavin as a last resort. I had been recommended to a pain management clinic and I wasn’t ready to give up yet. In my first appointment, I knew this was going to be different than anything I had expected.”
Anna M.
“I have done several PT “stints” in my 72+ years and I’d put Wendy quite high on my list of best practitioners to work with.”
Sara J.
Bring your history to the first visit: previous PT notes if you have them, what you tried, and what helped and what didn’t. Not sure yet? Text me a line about what’s going on and I’ll tell you honestly whether I think I can help.
