Unlock Your Peak Running Potential: Professional Running Assessments

As a runner, you know that every stride counts. Whether you are training for your first 5K, aiming to qualify for a marathon, or fighting through a recurring injury, the way your body moves dictates your performance and your longevity. Small inefficiencies in your form can lead to major setbacks over time.

I designed this comprehensive Running Assessment as both a running coach and a physical therapist, to analyze your movement, pinpoint limitations, and build a customized blueprint for faster, pain-free miles.

What the Assessment Covers

  • Video Running Form & Gait Analysis: We capture high-speed video of your running mechanics from multiple angles. We analyze your foot strike, cadence, pelvic stability, and torso lean to identify energy leaks and biomechanical flaws that cause injury or slow you down.
  • Joint Mobility & Flexibility Screening: Running requires precise ranges of motion through your hips, knees, and ankles. We test your specific joint mobility to ensure your body can absorb impact and generate power efficiently without compensating.
  • Strength & Endurance Testing: Running is a series of single-leg hops. We isolate and test the strength of your glutes, calves, hamstrings, and core to find hidden asymmetries or weaknesses that cause fatigue late in a race.

What You Receive

Following your assessment, you will not just leave with data. You will leave with a plan. Every athlete receives a tailored roadmap including:

  • Form Correction Cues: Practical, real-time adjustments you can implement immediately during your runs to improve efficiency and decrease joint stress.
  • Targeted Mobility Exercises: A focused routine to unlock restricted joints and improve your stride fluidness.
  • Custom Strength & Endurance Prescription: A progressive, running-specific exercise program designed to build tissue resilience and power where you need it most.

Who This Is For

  • Injury-Prone Runners: If you are constantly battling shin splints, runner’s knee, IT band syndrome, or plantar fasciitis, we find the root cause rather than just treating the symptoms.
  • Performance-Driven Athletes: If you want to shave minutes off your PR, optimizing your mechanics is the fastest way to get more speed out of the same aerobic effort.
  • Beginners Looking to Build Consistency: Start your running journey with a solid foundation, preventing injuries before they have a chance to develop.

Invest in your movement. Run lighter, stronger, and completely pain-free.
